Our 30-Day Guarantee

Try MoistureVue for 30 days. If it is not working for you, send it back and we will refund your purchase in full. No risk, no hassle.

The 30 days start the day your order is delivered, and the guarantee covers both one-time purchases and subscription orders.

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@moisturevue.com with your order number. We respond within 1 to 2 business days.
2. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label. Return shipping is on us.
3. Drop the package in the mail. Once we receive it, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days. We will email you when the refund is issued.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account on our website or by emailing support@moisturevue.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Your first subscription order is covered by the 30-day guarantee like any other purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or something is wrong with it, email us a quick note (a photo helps) and we will send a replacement at no cost.

Wholesale and Partner Orders

Orders placed through our eye care partner program are governed by the partner program terms rather than this policy.
