This policy describes how BriTer Eyez, LLC, the maker of MoistureVue™ (“MoistureVue,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit moisturevue.com, take one of our quizzes, subscribe to our emails, or buy our products.

Information We Collect

Information you give us:

• Name, email address, and contact details
• Shipping and billing information. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
• Purchase and subscription history
• Responses you submit through quizzes, surveys, polls, and feedback forms

Information collected automatically:

• To send you the content you signed up for, such as quiz results, our guide, and our newsletter

Interactive Content and Anonymized Use

From time to time, we offer quizzes, surveys, polls, feedback forms, and other interactive content. When you complete one of these, we collect the responses you provide along with any contact information you share.

• To deliver the value we promised at the start, such as your profile result, your guide, your content recommendation, and so on
• To personalize the content we send you directly
• To improve our products and the experience
• To better understand the communities we serve and inform our content and educational materials, using your responses in anonymized form, with all personally identifying information removed

We do not sell your responses, identified or anonymized, to third parties.

You can request that your responses be excluded from any future anonymized use at any time by emailing support@moisturevue.com. Note that any anonymized use already in progress cannot be reversed, since by definition the data is no longer linked to you.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and then delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect what you share with us.

Children

Our site and products are intended for adults, and you must be 18 or older to purchase. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
