This policy describes how BriTer Eyez, LLC, the maker of MoistureVue® (“MoistureVue,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit moisturevue.com, interact with us, subscribe to our emails, or buy our products.

• Shipping and billing information. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.

Interactive Content and De-identified Use

From time to time, we offer surveys, polls, feedback forms, and other interactive content. When you complete one of these, we collect the responses you provide along with any contact information you share.

By opting-in, you agree to the following uses:

• To deliver the value we promised at the start, such as your profile result, your guide, your content recommendation, and so on
• To personalize the content we send you directly
• To improve our products and the experience
• To better understand the communities we serve and inform our content and educational materials, using your responses in de-identified form, with all personally identifying information removed

We do not sell your responses, identified or de-identified, to third parties.

You can request that your responses be excluded from any future de-identified use at any time by emailing support@moisturevue.com. Note that any de-identified use already in progress cannot be reversed, since by definition the data is no longer linked to you.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your preferences, measure site performance, for example Google Analytics, and support our advertising.

We will verify your identity before acting and will not require you to create an account to submit a request. We will respond within 45 days; if we need more time, we may extend once by an additional 45 days and will tell you within the first 45 days.

Data Retention & Categories

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and then delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect what you share with us.

Breach Notice

In the event of unauthorized access to, or acquisition of, private information, we will provide notice to required parties in the most expedient time possible, but in no event later than 30 days after discovery. Such notice will provide our contact information, relevant governmental agency resources, and the categories of information involved.

Children

Our site and products are intended for adults, and you must be 18 or older to purchase. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are between 13 and 17, please do not provide personal information without a parent or guardian’s involvement. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
